Jehannaz Dastoor is a second-year medical student at the Feinberg School of Medicine, and is also concurrently obtaining her Masters in Public Health from the Graduate School at Northwestern University. She graduated in 2020 from Northwestern University with a major in Anthropology, with a focus on biological and cultural anthropology. She is passionate about public health, social determinants of health, and global health, and is currently working on research in Emergency Medicine, vaccine access, and gun violence. At Feinberg, Jehannaz is the president of the Emergency Medicine Interest Group as well as the Global Surgery Student Alliance, and a board member for Chicago Medicine Street Outreach and the Devon Clinic.
