I currently serve as Associate Director, Flex Staff, Interpreter Services, Wheelchair & Seating Center at the Shirley Ryan Abilitylab, formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Over the past 20 years, I have served in a variety of Therapy Manager and Physical Therapist roles. My management interests are focused on interviewing, onboarding, quality improvement projects, performance management, and staff development. I hold a Certificate in Allied Health Administration from the University of Montana.
